I draw from a mixture of holistic and evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Somatic, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and person-centered care to tailor our work to your unique needs and goals.
